HVAC

BreezeMarine provides full-scope HVAC engineering support for marine vessels, from routine servicing to complete system replacement and reverse engineering of obsolete or unsupported equipment.

We work across most leading HVAC manufacturers, giving shipowners and operators a single point of contact regardless of the original equipment brand installed on board. Our scope covers air handling units, ventilation systems, chillers, and control systems, with services spanning diagnostics, maintenance, refrigerant replacement, component overhaul, and full system replacement where equipment has reached end of life.

We support all major vessel types, from bulk carriers to Ro-Ro ships, adapting our approach to the specific operational demands of each vessel class. Where original manufacturers no longer support a system, or documentation is unavailable, our reverse engineering capability allows us to design and supply functional replacements — keeping vessels compliant and operational without being locked into a single OEM’s parts and service pipeline.

BreezeMarine operates globally, supporting clients wherever their vessels call port.

Refrigeration

BreezeMarine delivers complete refrigeration engineering services for marine applications, covering every component of the system — from compressors and condensers to controls and distribution.

Our team works with all leading refrigeration equipment brands, meaning clients aren’t restricted to a single manufacturer’s service network. Services span the full lifecycle of a refrigeration system: diagnostics, maintenance, repair, refrigerant servicing, component replacement, and complete system overhaul.

We support the full range of vessel types and refrigeration applications — from provision stores and cargo refrigeration to specialised cooling systems — tailoring the scope of work to each client’s operational needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all service model.

As with our other engineering lines, BreezeMarine’s refrigeration support is available worldwide, with the same full spectrum of services — diagnostics through to full replacement — available regardless of vessel location.

Heat Exchangers

BreezeMarine services both plate and shell-and-tube heat exchangers, offering the full range of support from routine cleaning to repair, reconditioning, and complete replacement.

We are official partners and distributors for FARAD SA, giving clients direct access to genuine parts and manufacturer-backed expertise. Where a client’s equipment comes from a different OEM, we’re equally equipped to work directly with the original manufacturer to source parts or specifications — so support isn’t limited to a single brand.

Our reverse engineering capability extends to heat exchangers as well: where original specifications or replacement parts are no longer available, we can design and manufacture functional equivalents, helping vessels avoid costly downtime waiting on discontinued OEM parts.

Whether the requirement is a routine clean, a full mechanical repair, or a complete unit replacement, BreezeMarine scopes the work to match the vessel’s operational timeline and budget.

Spare Parts

BreezeMarine sources spare parts on demand, matched to each client’s specific requirement and timeline, rather than carrying broad pre-purchased stock. This gives clients access to a wider and more current range of parts than a fixed inventory model would allow.

Our sourcing network centres on engine room equipment — covering the HVAC, refrigeration, and heat exchanger systems we service directly — while extending to other shipboard systems as clients require. We supply both OEM parts and quality equivalents, giving clients the option that best fits their budget and urgency.

Lead times depend on the supplier and part in question; where a client needs an urgent solution, we work to identify the fastest available sourcing route, whether that’s an OEM channel, a distributor network, or — where applicable — a reverse-engineered replacement through our own engineering team.
