When Regal Star’s steam condenser failed, the original manufacturer had ceased operations and no design drawings existed. BreezeMarine Group, working with FARAD S.A., reverse-engineered a replacement from the old unit and delivered it in 22 working days.
Challenge
The failed steam condenser was critical to engine performance, but the original equipment manufacturer was out of business and no design drawings were available — a standard replacement order was not possible.
