A task:
Solution: Installation of a fuel consumption control system on fuel preparation modules of 4 main engines, 3 diesel generators and 2 boilers. Installation of toriometers on propeller shafts – 2 pcs, information output to the operator panel in the CPU / control repeater on the bridge coupled with a GPS module, installation of an inclinometer, anemometer. Collecting data into a single system. Complex data transfer to the Customer’s office. Office monitoring and analytics program.
Result: This system helped the vessel operators identify and tune the optimal vessel modes with lower loads and lower fuel consumption.
