Fuel consumption monitoring system for 6 mass flowmeters, group of Main Engines, Diesel-generators and Boiler. Displaying the data on a 15 inch touch screen monitor in ECR and repeater 15 inch touch screen panel on Bridge. Transferring and collecting the data to the Customer office in real time. Including – online reporting, history, trends.
The fuel preparation system was modernized – new viscometers were installed for all Main Engines and Diesel-generators, boilers. A new viscometer control software has been installed.
Thanks to the installed system, the ship received an expanded autonomous reporting form between the ship and the office. Reports on fuel consumption are automatically generated and displayed in the office in real time, which facilitated the work of the crew. The system also automatically calculates the necessary operating modes of the vessel, showing where it is possible to reduce fuel costs.
The bunkering system helped to challenge not received cargo volumes.
